By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that the provision of our services commences immediately upon your purchase and thus your right of withdrawal is forfeited at this point.

12. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. SkinSell encourages you to use “strong” passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account. 15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided by SkinSell shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration, except that each party retains the right to bring an individual action in small claims court and the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's copyrights, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights. The arbitration shall be conducted in the jurisdiction where the company is located, and each party shall be responsible for their own costs and attorney's fees.

16. Termination and Suspension

SkinSell may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. 20. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall SkinSell, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SkinSell and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the service.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. SkinSell, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the service will meet your requirements.

23. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

24. Severability

If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

25. Force Majeure

SkinSell shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond SkinSell’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation (including "line-noise" interference). Such force majeure events may include natural disasters, wars, terrorist activities, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SkinSell regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and SkinSell regarding your use of the Service. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

27. Waiver

The failure of SkinSell to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of SkinSell.

28. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without SkinSell’s prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms, without such consent, will be null and of no effect. SkinSell may assign or transfer these Terms, at its sole discretion, without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.

29. Digital Asset Specific Terms

Users must adhere to additional terms and conditions specific to the trading and handling of digital assets (CS2 skins) on SkinSell:

  • Ownership

    Verification: SkinSell may require verification of ownership or source of digital assets to prevent fraud.
